About

We are excited to announce a new series of James Gregory public lectures on Science, Religion, and Human Flourishing. These lectures will bring in world-class scholars to St Andrews to present cutting-edge perspectives on the relationship of faith and science. They will take place over a five-year period from November 2016 – October 2021.

The aim of these lectures is to encourage a constructive and open conversation about questions of science and faith. The lectures are supported by a generous grant from the John Templeton foundation and the the Blankemeyer Foundation, and are a part of the School of Divinity’s research programme, Scientists in Congregations, Scotland.

The lectures are also connected with the Christians in Science branch of the St Andrews region.
